Victoria PlayCo ships sports equipment to customers across Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination:
- British Columbia: 2-5 business days
- Western Canada (AB, SK, MB): 3-7 business days
- Eastern Canada (ON, QC): 5-10 business days
- Atlantic Canada & Remote Areas: 7-14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
